The Chrissy B Show is the UK’s ONLY show dedicated to mental health and wellbeing. You can find our shows on our YouTube channel ‘Chrissy B Show.’
The aim is to inform and equip viewers to be positive in all aspects of their lives, since about 25% of the population will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year.
We explore various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self-harm, psychosis and more. In each show we aim to bring awareness to different conditions and offer advice on how to deal with them. We love to bring on guests that have been through various issues in the past but who have now turned their lives around (or are currently in recovery) in order to inspire our viewers.
