Some of her greatest achievements include climbing Ben Nevis in 2008 during the winter period and participating in 5K runs for charity including Cancer Research UK. On a more personal level, she considers her greatest achievements to be overcoming depression and panic attacks after opening up about what she was going through and getting counselling and advice.
Chrissy met her husband, Michael at University and faced many problems early on in their relationship due to the depression she was going through. However, after receiving help they have now been very happily married for 15 years and he is one of the people she most admires.
Her life’s goal is to spread the happiness she has found to other people through her TV show, events, her writing (e.g. she writes for a publication called Inspirational Woman Magazine) and any other way she can.
Chrissy has also presented various women’s conventions and has also hosted an event at the Wembley Arena with over 11,000 people in attendance.
She loves to learn and develop and believes that people can continue to learn, grow and improve whatever their age or circumstances.
