Dr Audrey Tang’s academic background is in Psychology and Law, which she followed with her doctorate from Brunel University Business School (focusing on the training and psychological support of customer-facing professionals – particularly teachers and nurses). Prior to this she was a secondary school drama teacher (QTS), later progressing to Programme Manager for vocational qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and Childcare, Learning and Development within Further Education, and she currently delivers personal and practical development training programmes within Higher Education.
She is the founder of CLICK Consultancy and CLICK ARTS. CLICK Consultancy specialises in experiential learning and facilitators, assisted by actors, design and delivers bespoke interactive employability training. Their CPD standards accredited workshops focus on personal and professional development with Masterclasses covering managerial soft skills, teambuilding and communication. Their clients include local and International community groups, universities and public sector organisations. CLICK ARTS is a voluntary community theatre group, producing plays and musicals to support and raise awareness of local charities.
Audrey is also a member of the Higher Education Authority, the International Coaching Federation and the British Psychological Society.
