Benjamin Cooper (Health Coach)

inBen is an experienced Health Coach who started off teaching Health Related Fitness to children and has gone on to study at the C.H.E.K (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute. This is where Ben has leant that the Holistic approach is where his clients will find results. Now a C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1, Ben looks into Movement patterns, Nutrition, Gut Health, Sleep patterns, Mental and Emotional Stressors to leave no stone unturned when helping his clients.
